Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayşe Atay

Dr. Ayşe Atay is a prosthodontist — the dental specialty dedicated to restoring and replacing teeth: veneers, crowns, full-mouth rehabilitation and implant-supported restorations. She holds a PhD in Prosthodontics from Ege University, serves as an Associate Professor at Altınbaş University, and practises cosmetic dentistry for international patients at DentFixTurkey in Şişli, Istanbul.

Her work combines academic rigour with two decades of clinical aesthetics: every smile is planned digitally, material choices are made on clinical evidence, and results are designed to look natural for the individual face — not copied from a catalogue.

Anyone can place a veneer. A prosthodontist is trained to design the whole system — bite forces, gum health, material behaviour over decades — so the result is not only beautiful on day one but stable in year ten. That specialty perspective is why patients with complex cases, failed dentistry, or high aesthetic expectations seek out specialist-led care.
