These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of drayseatay.com (the "Site"), operated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayşe Atay, practicing at 19 Mayıs Mah. Etfal Hastanesi Sk. Kent Apt. No:2, D:78, 34360 Şişli/Istanbul, Turkey ("we", "us"). By using the Site or submitting a consultation request, you agree to these Terms.
1. About this Site
This Site provides general information about cosmetic dentistry, prosthodontics, and dental rehabilitation services offered by Dr. Ayşe Atay. It is intended for adults (18+) interested in learning about dental treatments and requesting an initial consultation.
The Site is provided to you free of charge for informational and inquiry purposes.
2. Medical disclaimer
Information on this Site does not constitute medical or dental advice. Content describing treatments (veneers, dental implants, full mouth rehabilitation, etc.) is general educational information and is not a substitute for in-person diagnosis, examination, or professional clinical judgment.
No dentist–patient relationship is created by reading the Site, viewing a video, or submitting an inquiry form. A treatment plan can only be developed after a clinical examination, review of your medical history, and direct consultation with Dr. Ayşe Atay or her team.
Outcomes shown on the Site (before/after photos, testimonials) reflect individual results and do not guarantee similar outcomes for any other patient. Every smile is unique.
3. Consultation requests
You may request a free online consultation by submitting the form on this Site or messaging us via WhatsApp. By submitting a request:
- You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent/guardian)
- You agree that we may contact you via the email address, phone number, or WhatsApp number you provide
- You acknowledge that an online consultation provides preliminary guidance only — final diagnosis and treatment require an in-person clinical examination

4. Pricing and treatment quotes
Any prices, ranges, or savings figures shown on the Site (e.g. "save 60–70% vs US/UK/AU") are estimates based on average market comparisons and are not binding offers. The final cost of any treatment depends on your individual clinical situation and is provided in writing only after consultation.
All-inclusive packages, accommodation arrangements, and airport transfer offers are subject to separate written confirmation and may have terms specific to the booking period.
5. Treatment terms (when you become a patient)
If you proceed with treatment, a separate clinical informed-consent document and treatment agreement will be provided in person at the clinic, in compliance with Turkish health regulations. Those documents — not this website — govern the clinical relationship, fees, refund policy, and aftercare.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, images of Dr. Ayşe Atay and the clinic, logos, design elements, and code — is the property of Dr. Ayşe Atay or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
You may share links to pages on the Site for non-commercial purposes (e.g. social media, personal recommendations).
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the consultation form

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site that is not resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Turkey, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under your country's law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
